Hopes and fears

Share what your hope for today is. Share your biggest concern.

Each person shares one thing they're hopeful for. This could be something they hope will happen, something they hope to gain, or something they want to learn. Each person also shares one thing they're concerned about. This standup is especially useful when your team or organisation (or the world!) is going through big changes. Use the opportunity to hear how everyone is feeling about what's going on. Are they apprehensive about anything? Is there something they hope to learn or gain from what's about to happen?
